We put Health and Safety first

Safety is the highest priority in everything that we do here at Commercial Door Services. We want to ensure that people have quality health and safety knowledge at work and to ensure they return home safely at the end of each day.

We are Site Safe, a Conserve Approved Contractor, FMANZ.org member and are also part of the Window Association of Building Compliance within New Zealand.

Commercial Door Services has invested significantly in Health and Safety as a company and as an organization, Commercial Door Services holds an ‘ACC Workplace Safety Management Practices’ accreditation which is a Tertiary Level requirement for workplace health and safety management. The tertiary level recognizes that our business operates a continual improvement framework and is only achieved when you can demonstrate a clear record of established systems and practices operating effectively in your workplace. 

Commercial Door Services maintains an electronic document control system, designed to assist our company in managing workplace health and safety. This system is a real-time cloud-based system that continually monitors and manages data required to keep our health and safety system current. 

Commercial Door Services actively ensures that all field team members hold the relevant Site Safe Construction passports along with Working at Heights passports where required. 

Our senior management team are all actively involved in an annual review of our Health and Safety policies along with monthly health and safety committee meetings.
